Dry and crisp
Riesling brings the acidity; sparkling water lightens the body. A crisp alternative to syrupy cola mixes.
Four fingers of wine · Four fingers of water
Rieslingschorle is the signature drink of Germany’s Palatinate region: dry white wine topped with sparkling water, served by the half-litre. METALSCHORLE brings it to the places where beer, cider and mixed drinks usually rule: festivals, bars and pubs in the rock and metal scene.
Dry, crisp and sparkling. Served in a cup you can wear around your neck.
01 · The drink
Rieslingschorle is mixed fresh in the glass: wine first, then sparkling water. The result is pale, crisp and refreshing. In the Palatinate, it has been served in half-litre measures called Schoppen for generations.

02
The Dubbeglas is a Palatinate institution: a tapered half-litre glass with 38 dimples for a firm grip.
03
Four fingers of wine and four fingers of water sounds like half and half. But the glass tapers towards the bottom, so the mix is roughly two-thirds wine. Refreshing still means alcoholic.

Bad Dürkheim, the German Wine Gate, the Wurstmarkt wine festival. Schorle has a culture of its own here, including a very particular way of mixing it. We bring that tradition with us.
02 · For festivals, bars and pubs
At a summer festival, plenty of people eventually fancy a change from beer. Schorle gives them another choice: refreshing, quick to serve and made for the audience already at your venue. Bottles or a dispensing system, glass or reusable plastic: we work with your site’s rules.
Sales
Offer your existing crowd another reason to order. Schorle adds a choice for people looking for something different from beer.
Serving
Where glass bottles are allowed, all it takes is wine and sparkling water: pour, top up, done. For glass-free sites, wine and water can be served through a suitable dispensing system. The same schorle, two ways to serve it.
Drinkware
Choose the original pressed-glass Dubbeglas or a dishwasher-safe, shatter-resistant plastic version with our emblem. Use them with a suitable deposit scheme, or let visitors take one home as a souvenir.
Brand
The emblem, wordmark and attitude are rooted in rock and metal. Across the festival grounds, the Dubbeglas stands out.
Season
Open air, 30°C, dust rising from the crowd. Festival season is the perfect setting for a chilled Riesling spritzer.
Together
From cups and serving arrangements to merch: tell us about your venue and what you need. We’ll work out the details together.

03 · Specifications
The dimples are called Dubbe. They give wet and tired hands a better grip. Every METALSCHORLE glass follows the same dimensions.
04 · How to mix it
The order matters. In the Palatinate, the wine always goes in first.
Pour four fingers of dry Riesling into a cold Dubbeglas. Measure from the bottom and keep the glass upright.
Turn your hand 90 degrees and measure another four fingers. Your measuring tool is always with you.
Top with four fingers of sparkling water, poured with a splash. The pour does the mixing.
